Really Special
This is an absolutely unique, historic home in the perfect beachfront location! It is beautiful. Sitting on this porch really makes you feel like a Cape May VIP. In Cape May it’s all about the porch and, honestly, we’ve stayed in many houses in Cape May over the years and nothing compares to this. This was also a special event for our entire family, ages ranging from 9-84. Even with 20 people, we had excess room- this house is huge. The owners were a pleasure to work with.

Couldn’t ask for a better property: - on beach - fantastic house! Charming historic home with plenty of room to spread out. Multiple areas to relax in both inside and out. House was clean and a nice mix of old charm and modern conveniences. Kitchen and eating space provided ample room for activities. - ample parking Couldn’t think of anything lacking. Plan to return!

Fabulous Girls Weekend
This was the best November Beach trip in history!! This house is in the best Cape May location. Close to beach and all things walkable. House has everything you need for a great beach trip. Owner was very helpful and responsive, would rent again. The unseasonably warm weather was a bonus!

The Griscom House was absolutely perfect for our group of 19 ladies! The house is even better in person than in the photos! The historic charm mixed with recent upgrades and renovations provided a comfortable first-class stay! The house came well-equipped with everything we needed and even some extras for things we may have forgotten! We loved spending time on the front porch and joining around the beautiful dining room table to enjoy group meals. You will not regret staying at this house!
